Media Release Waiver

Event Name: Thrive’25 Summit, October 4 to 6, 2024USA

By participating in this event, I hereby waive any and all claims related to privacy or rights of publicity rights that may arise from the Blue Surf Productions, LLC and it’s agents use of any recordings, photographs, or other material captured or created during the event or related to the event.

Furthermore, I assign to the Blue Surf Productions, LLC all rights, title, and interest in any content, including but not limited to questions, comments, and presentations, that I may create or generate in any medium during the event, granting the Blue Surf Productions, LLC the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from this material.

I also hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection therewith, wherein my likeness appears, or the use to which it may be applied.

On behalf of myself, my heirs, representatives, executors, and assigns, I hereby release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Surf Productions, LLC and its agents from all claims, demands, and causes of action that I have or may have by reason of this authorization, including any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said photos or videotapes, or in processing tending towards the completion of the finished product.
