Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Summit being recorded and will I have access to the recordings?
Yes the Summit session will be recorded. Anyone who has purchased a Virtual Livestream ticket will have access to the recordings for 12 months post event.
If I am on the Live Virtualstream, will I be recorded?
The primary focus for capturing the Summit is the speaker sessions. Every effort is made to focus just on the speakers, however attendees should expect that they may also be captured in the video or other media such as photos during the Summit. Attendees will need to sign the Media Release and Consent Waiver on the first day of the Summit.
What if I am unable to attend all the speaker sessions? How can I catch up on sessions I miss during the Summit?
We are looking forward to welcoming attendees worldwide. We understand that some of the time zones may not allow for attendees to join us live for selected sessions. To offer everyone an opportunity to keep up with the Summit progression, our plan is to post the raw videos from each day in the evening of the same day. This way attendees will have an opportunity to watch the recordings prior to the next day session.
If I purchase a ticket, am I able to get a refund if my plans change?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on tickets. Ticket holders will have access to the full recordings and My Thrive’25 Resource Guidebook for 12 months after the Summit ends.
